Review Of Hotel Highland Residency

The location of the hotel is very good which lies at the centre of the city. But the hygiene inside the hotel was not at all good. Shabby towels, paint eroded walls. The height of uncleanliness was that the other day when I returned to the room after my work, i encountered 3 cockroach, one was in my lower, one in the shoes which was pathetic.. no regular cleaning of the room.

Room was not good with overall cleanliness is pretty bad. Service is also not customer friendly.

Good infrastructure Faculties were very humble Best and clean environment And in the main city .

Good response from lodge owner, staffs are polite, I loved this hotel. If I visit Udupi again I will stay in same hotel. Sight seeing and outstation bus stand nearby. Well maintained and hygienic, value for money Good response by lodge owner, awesome guidance in that city. Needs to improve plug socket facilities and elevator. Value for money. If I visit Mangalore again I will stay in same hotel

Stay was peaceful but the facilities mentioned in the details was not available tv was not working, car parking was not available, and maintenance of the room is not done. Overall its just okk

Toilet flush was not working. Manually we have to pour the water. Cot was making noise if we change my sleeping position. They were telling that once in 2 days they will clean the room, not daily.

It was okay okay ambience. The lift is the next level pathetic old model. But the receptionist was quite helpful during the entire stay. Tv was repaired and partially able to see . overall not a great stay with that budget. Mainly no car parking - you will literally have to park the car in the Main road by availability . I personally don't recommend it for a family holiday.

It was good, room was clean, mugs and buckets should replace as it looks quite dirty. No drinking water availability, door locks should replace.. overall it was good

Room size was big. But it's a very old building. Since it's on the 3rd floor the heat was unbearable. It was below average in hygiene.

They have maintain clean and tidy in room. Bathroom buckets were very dirty. Atleast the minimal requirements is to paint the room

We booked a hotel at 9 pm, and when we arrived to check in, we were confused to search hotel reception and cleanliness were not good; there was dust everywhere. When we asked for the TV to be turned on, they said to just return the switch, but the TV was not working. We also did not get hot water in room.However, when we had a health issue at 2:30 am, the hotel staff opened the refrigerator and gave us water.
