Nice stay. Location is excellent. Room heater is good working. Good for family stay. Bathroom is neat and clean.

Hotel was great. We were welcome with a hot cup of kahwa. Room was neat and tidy. Hotel staff was very welcoming. Restaurant downstairs was very good. Location is 15 min away from dal lake by car.

It’s a good place to stay. Excellent location within the main area of pahalgam and eating place are near by just walking distance the rooms are good with proper heating and hot shower we stayed on feb 28, 2024 and it was lovely

Clean and good smelling rooms. Good interior with beautiful bathroom fittings. Located in main market. Walking distance to lidder river. Only negative was that they gave just one water bottle and that too on the first day only. No water bottle given on next day.

Clean and hygienic rooms and washroom. The entire hotel is well maintained. Typical kashmiri architecture with a very cozy vibe. Rooms are exactly how they show in the picture. There was heavy snowfall and weather was harsh but the hotel staff made sure we were comfortable. Heaters and electric blanket were available. Don't expect lavish buffet. You'll get simple home cooked but delicious food. The hospitality is amazing, people are generally so warm hearted here. 10/10 would recommend.

The location is amazing and the staff were helpful. But we needed the bedding changed as they were smelly and looked like they were used. The washroom was also quite smelly and needed that to be clean. Food offered in breakfast was average at best.

We have booked with breakfast, during check -in informed check out time, and after repeated following up they didn't ready the breakfast in time, request him to supply packed the breakfast but denying. Hot water service is very bad this winter season

Hi hotel didnt provide food and they didnt also provide heating blanket. They even cut the current in the night few times, wifi is too poor and too much noise hearing inside the room at the night

Room was dirty. There is no fan in the room. Food was bad. My money is wasted here. I suggested to all the tourist please don't visit in this hotel
