Old school type small town neat and clean hotel. Dependable and looks to be well run. All basics in place, working a. C, hot water, clean sheets, towels, ok wash room, fair location etc. Good food and decent restaurant. If you moderate your expectations and not expect star hotel facilities, it is a comfortable place to stay.

I visited in january so it was cold outside and inside the hotel too. The hotel lacks insulation from outside. Low lights and cold temperature gives bad vibes inside. The hotel is located at a very boring place in front of a graveyard and car repair shops all around. It causes depression and an urge to leave soon. There is nothing wrong with the staff or graveyard. But still, the location and loneliness made me upset. Never felt such thing ever in my life. There is a nice view of mountains behind the hotel but it does not gives a good feel. The isolation and dull feel kills all the joy. Overall the place udhampur itself is very boring and upsetting, it is better to move to some other place than planning to stay or visit here.

Property was average looking, lot of mosquitoes in the room and no insect killer was provided. Rooms were not very spacious. However, hotel staff was nice and rooms were clean otherwise

Not many options available so you can pick this if you need to stay the night. Food was good. But staff is all over the place. Plug points in the room did not work. Overall average

Front office night manager was very rude it was like i was asking for room for free. Room was not that clean.

Well the hotels room were smelly …. Toilets were not clean … They didn’t even provide water bottles … bed sheet and pillows were dirty
