The hotel staff are very supportive and never say no to any help you ask. The only problem is steps. Otherwise it is perfect.

The room is very impressive. Located at the prime location just minutes away from the center and Mcleodganj bus stand. The staff is highly cooperative and soft spoken. Would recommend it to every traveller. Extra tip, do enjoy spending some time on the Hotel terrace it gives a perfect view of the Hills.

Hotel was very nice and clean .. Also located on great location. Staff was very nice and helpful .. Well furnished room with hot and cold water .. Overall excellent hotel .. During Dharamshala stay you must book with hotel hill town.

This Hotel location is underground and way to go Hotel using stare and stare is very hard to climb.

The Hotel rooms are good and clean. The biggest problem is the countless stairs to reach the Hotel. The food quality is not good, very limited options for breakfast available. The staff is very polite and cooperative, specially Ravi. Hotel is clean and near to the temple and market.
