Review Of Hotel Hill Town

Hotal is very lower to the main street. So many staires to climb to reach the hotal. No kichan in the hotal

Rooms, bed sheets, blankets are not so clean. Damage & dirty blankets are given. Distance from main roads to hotels around 90 steps down. Water exhausted in the morning. Less amount of stuff to maintain the property. One good thing is the behaviour of the staff. No restaurant facility.

I found hotel by make my trip google location, good food. Superb location and vood service. Overall a good experiance. Rajeshbhai is giving a excellent job. Taking care of customers.

Hotel was average. Geyser was not working. Although they provided another bathroom. Staff was cooperative.

Hotel was at very low level i. E. Down at least 70stairs. Very hard to come on road on again by climbing the stairs.

Room was not so good as shown in pics booked the room with breakfast but they did not gave us breakfast tv was not working washroom was not gud

Location - everything within walkable distance but you have to walk lots of stairs down to reach hotel food - can be order from outside, only water and tea hygiene - average even no dustbins in room amenities - no intercom, no mirror in washroom good point - behavior of staff

The hotel staff are very supportive and never say no to any help you ask. The only problem is steps. Otherwise it is perfect.

Location is good food and service is very bad 1. Television is not working, day1 i was request but all 3-days our room television is opened. 2. Very bad behavior by hotel manager when i was request about the breakfast, they are provide only pratha not menu breakfast 3. Bedroom/washroom was not clean

Good food avelable in hotel and quick service in hotel. Fresh cooking in hotel.

Staff must have been on the road to pickup the passenger because of hotel is situated down through almost 150 stairs.
Staff is not available at night they was not picking up the phone

The staff of this hotel is excellent. And very helpfulness.

This hotel is good in terms of rooms and staff behavior. But it is 90 steps below the level of the road. So you need to climb up-down 90 steps to reach the road. There is also no parking facility, so they have no driver accommodation. It is quite strange, as how can they expect that someone will arrive there, by Ola or Uber? Some hotels, don't have parking facility, but they accommodate the driver. But this hotel, is adamant to do so, they want us to book a separate room for the driver! They also don't have any filter water service. We need to purchase, bottled water from outside, by climbing 90 steps up. Then we need to carry them down 90 steps again. If you want, try some other hotels. There are plenty of them on road level, where you can enjoy staying.

Very nice and family feeling atmosphere in this hotel. Staff are too good and helpful. Location is also good.
