Hotel not provided complementary water bottle they charged amount for this. And also they provided executive bed for single person. I asked for king size they denied.

Worst stay ever.

It was the worst experience ever. Everywhere i could smell cigarettes and the buds of the same were littered here and there. Bed sheets were smelling bad. The washrooms were not cleaned. And to add the cherry on top, the staff behaviour was also very rude, for instance they denied cleaning the toilets and mopping the floor too.

Pathetic hotel with noisy ambience. Uneven mattress on the bed, soiled bedsheets, staff screaming outside your room. Smelly corridors

It was my worst experience and whole hotel was smelling and there is no lift you have to climb 3 floors with luggage
