The hotel is situated at a very serene location and yet not very far from the pahalgam city centre ( approx 1. 5 km. The rooms are very comfortable and the room service and staff is prompt and good. The quality of food is also good. One thing that needs to be taken care is, there are frequent power cuts in these regions, though the hotel have backup current facility.

Overall very good as a budget hotel, the google location of hotel is misleading as it takes you to the backside of the hotel through a hill road route of about 1 km to a narrow lane from where vehicle cannot go to the hotel, therefore travel on main road only to reach the hotel main entrance.

There's no Proper maintenance in the Property, one of the staff was very rude when we complained that there's no hot water supply properly, there are frequent power cuts, there's no Security in the night time, hotel staff have not been given any uniform so it's difficult to identify Staff, not sufficient Parking place, there Garden area is very small. The rooms were not properly cleaned. All rooms are not the same, we got issues in all rooms. bathrooms were not good the doors of bathroom were small we got hurt while entering in. On the 2nd day we were given used towels which were kept on floor in wet conditions. Toiletries and other important things were not given by hotel management we had to ask for everything. Over all we didn't have a pleasant experience.. We were given suite room in our package but we received Deluxe room only. There's no locking facility to the rooms from inside. Only door knob is available
