Same room nhi diya tha ..humne deluxe room book kiya tha bedsheet fati hui thi , service is ok And make my trip se book kiya tha Average I m not satisfied because I booked deluxe room and hotel himgiri provide different common room

prompt service and response....food was delicious....room was neat and clean...served food within 10 minutes after ordering

they switched off the ac around 2 pm in night when call on reception they started 2. bathroom flush was not working complained on reception regarding this they said we will look in morning 3. ⁠there was no glass in ventilation window in bathroom it was open 4. ⁠ac remote not available can not control the ac according to our choice 5. ⁠bedsheets was not changed they reused the bedsheet again
