The room in which i stayed in was good, the quantity of the food is better although the breakfast buffet served lacked the variety, service is very good.

The overall stay was good. The service part can be better with room amenities. Food quality was delicious. Breakfast and dinner is amazing. I recommend it to corporate employees to stay. Also well located near bus stand of purnea at walking distance.

This is a decent hotel at purnea, good location and facility. The rooms are just about acceptable size, the single rooms are quite small, the safety and upkeep acceptable. Overall good value for money.

The location was right next to a temple which kept playing loud music the whole night. The complimentary breakfast was also bad. Staff were also not helpful. All in all the tariff is too high for a place and service like this.

We had booked the premium category room for two nights which was 2500 per night at-least a week before arriving. On the day we checked in we came to know that the room we had booked was not reserved for us and allotted to someone else even though we prepaid for it and booked one week in advance. They offered to provide an alternate room. The room they gave us was the worst hotel room we have ever lived in our lives. Absolutely zero hygiene both in room as well as washroom. The tap in washroom was leaking, no geysers and one would feel like puking when in the washroom. Switchboard was broken, bedsheet stinked. Room service was also bad as whatever we requested either didn't came or arrived after repeated requests after an hour. I wouldn't even pay 500 for this room. And the management is so poor that they refused to give any refunds and accept their mistake. Avoid this hotel.

Ac not working, wi-fi not working. Tasteless food. I am staying there every month. However, this was the worst experience.

The hotel staff were extremely rude to say the least. They had many issues regarding our stay. Horrible horrible experience.
