Review Of Hotel Holiday Plaza

Very dirty rooms and in very old condition half items in room are broken and in washroom all sanitary are broken and water leakage problem. No landline in room no proper kitchen and rate was high but hotel condition is like 500 to 700 room fare (lodge) type. So disappointed from the hotel property.

All the things are average. Food ia costly room Comdition is not good, not having parting area .

Not good hygiene, smelling and dirty rooms and the worst very dirty washroom. no furniture as pics.very old and dirty furniture. no view means walls on window side . no ceiling fan.not worth rest see the pics

Not good as per the charges paid no toiletries towels broken flush sheets. So not good would bot recommend.

The staff is good and quite friendly. Location is fine. Had little issue as solo traveller but was sorted out.

Such a poor nature n helpless staff (including manager) they can't understand customer or tourist problem. Hotel's member-only need money. In sort never paid payment in advance. Or much better se cleft another hotel.

Room was smelling. I will request MMT to get this hotel out of list.

Please do not book this hotel, as services what was mentioned on portal while booking the hotel did not receive. I would also suggest not to order food from the hotel. We had dinner at night and next morning we did not find ourself well, continuous pain on all family member's stomach.

It was a great time for family experience. Staff are hotel very polite and room are clean and big hotel are very close to mall road. Food quality is also good. All in all hotel gave me value for money finally thanks to chef Rinku who care good food serve my family.

They don't wash their sheets or change them. They have probably never cleaned the rooms. Its disgusting. Can't survive.

We were family of 9 people and stayed at holiday plaza. Hotel was okay, not bad not so best but good to stay. We loved this trip as we enjoyed Dalhousie, khajihar, and Chamba in our two days stay. we were in the assumption that room heaters are provided by hotel when the temperature running in Dalhousie was at 0 degrees but no it was extra paid but the hotel staff was very helpful. loved this trip.

Worst hotel of my life. Super bad service and one of the worst room I have ever crossed my life. In short my trip was hell thanks to the fake photos shown on makemy trip.

Hotel location is 1 KM from main bus stand and 100 meter from Gandhi Chowk, staff are very good, rooms are excellent, I recommended for this hotel specially for family, because its too clean and value of money.

Very bad light is not available in this hotel total best of money I stay in 3 days total of best time ventilation is not so suffocation in this hotel. Please not go to hotel.

The place is worst to visit. The cleanliness and hygiene at the place is worst. The staff is too outspoken and are like what they can do if the bed sheets are not clean. The washrooms were even more. The basins were cracked and the water was leaking from every possible place. The dinner and breakfast plates were as if never washed. The quality of food was worse than the hygiene of the place they serve it and to add the bed sheets and blankets were smelling and also had cup and glass stains on it. Not even Worth saying it to be a Hotel.

Location was good. View from hotel is awesome. But rooms were not clean.
