Hotel was very nice, located in main market, food was excellent and behaviour of staff was very polite, room was neat and claen, full functional washroom, it was very comfortable stay. Highly recommended for travellers.

Better facilities and above all best environment for staying and dining too. Good response from hotel staff and most important good comfort. Happy with my stay and hospitality.

You will not find service in any property of saharsa except holiday inn. Employ were courteous. Prompt service. Covered parking space in addition there is driver accommodation without any cost.

साफ सफाई अच्छी थी, स्टाफ का विहैवियार अच्छा था, खाना अच्छा था लेकिन उसकी मात्रा ज्यादा थी जिस कारण वह महंगा पड़ रहा एक लोग लिए बहुत ज्यादा था दो लोगो के लिए सही था , सर्विस अच्छी थी

Good, neat and clean hotel and good service at reception. Window was unlocked (i thought there may be any safety issue but they assured they have surrounded boundaries and camaras)luckily it was safe for me but they should fix the window. Tv was stopped working and service was not fulfilled. Otherwise it was a good deal.

Stay was good, food also was good. Good and cooperative staff. Good service. There is a scope to keep good facility in rooms like proper team and bath set.

8by6 small dungeon type room with very bad smell. Totally waste. I asked to change but they didn't respond. The restaurant food was good. Staff service good.

Ok. The room no 210 where i stayed had no ventilation. So at mid-night i felt suffocated and entire night i felt very sick. This is the worst experience of my life. Saffocated. When i complained about the problem i faced last time, the staff member had a creepy smile in response.
