This is probably the worst hotel in njp. Our experience here for one night stay was nothing short of terrible. Pros: near to njp station, 1km distance. Cons: we booked through mm t for 3 adults but the hotel refused to provide any extra mattress even though they did charge extra for the 3rd adult. Instead we were given a small room with a small double bed and expected 3 grown adults to sleep there? the managers at reception were really rude and lacked basic decency when conversing with the guests. There were no towels, no toiletries provided when we entered the room. When asked, they were able to provide one towel and said "others were in laundry" without any remorse, like yeah that's our fault, my bad. No toiletries were provided. No soap, no toothpaste, no toothbrushes, nothing. The sprinkler in the washroom was on the left hand side of the commode for some unknown reason. I'd like to meet the fool that designed the toilet. Absolute modern day marvel. There was absolutely no room service provided, no tea kits, even though there was a kettle? so after barely sleeping the night under the faulty ac which barely cooled the mosquito filled room, we called and asked for a cup of tea. To which we were told "ei shomoye toh chaa paw a jabe na, translating to "we can't provide tea at this time. Oh, sorry my bad. What was i thinking ordering tea at 8 in the morning? overall please refrain from staying at this hotel at all cost. Honestly, renting the irctc executive rest rooms for overnight stay would be better than this torture.
