Overall experience of the property was peaceful and good. However, they can improve the television as mostly we have to apply trick in order to execute the same. Additionally, there is a need to improve the room service facilities for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

People are very good, polite and humble. Fooding is also not expensive. But fair from one place to another is quit expensive compare to other but over all nice place nice people.

One of the best hotel in the area. It is very close to the temple. Rooms were tidy and the beds were clean. Staff was cordial too.

Excellent location with mahakaleshwar temple at walkable distance. All transport means readily available. Room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended for family.

The hotel is close to mahakal mandir. Clean rooms and bathroom and corridor. Best behavior put forward by the hotel people. Overall the whole visit to ujjain was pleasant and satisfactory.

With best room tariffs the hotel "hori palace" is one of the best hotel to stay in ujjain if you are willing to stay near the the mahakaal temple, having awesome location (approx 200 meters from the mahakaal temple main entry gate, 200 meters from famous harshiddhi mata mandir & same 250 meters from ram-ghat at river shipra, lots of shopping & food points near by within 50 meters only. 2-3 food points are right in front of hotel serving decent quality food with right price rate. You can order and get food in your hotel room also, maintaining good level of hygiene, 24 hours room services (specially from nitin who will try to make your stay even better without expecting any tip in return) & most imp you will have car parked in safe place with parking capacity of 10 cars anypoint of time. Hotel staffs and owner's behaviour was also great, if need be you can seek guidance from owner since he is a local guy. We (me and my family) loved staying here & would definitely recommend others. Jai shri mahakaal.
