Hotel is 2 km from khajjiar on chamba road, rooms are so dirty led not working gyser not working no dustbin dirty chairs rooms not cleaned food is nice, hotel is cheaper than other nearby hotels give extra tip and they will do anything you will say

Good experience worth going awesome experience. Room were not cleaned up in the first instance as we reached at 10pm. Although the location of the hotel is good in terms of money and hotel conditions. Smell from walls like seepage happens there. Worth a place to stay.. Nice look of mountains from the hotel rooms with huge balcony. Geysers not working.. TV also in a bad shape. Other hotels are also nearby to the resort which a worth to visit in terms of cleaning.

Poor experience of deluxe room

The deluxe room is like a room in a lodge underground of the hotel. Dust can be seen everywhere unhygienic room. Only staff there are good.

There was no proper arrangement at hotel. The hotel is completely in terrible shape and rooms are in worse condition and totaly unhygienic. I had to change my hotel when i reached the hotel and after looking the condition of the hotel, i had to approach another hotel for my stay.

What's mean stay I said they refused room after a Long 12 here journey. It's horrible.
