The room was clean, the taste of the food was quite good and there were all the necessary amenities. The behaviour of the staff was polite. The ambience of the hotel and room was pretty aesthetic. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Everything was good, including the property’s location, cleanliness, room service, food, room’s structure, ac quality. The property is located at the central location of the city, making it commutable if you have to explore different locations of the city.

It’s a good property situated at a central location of bhopal. The rooms are neat & clean with very good aethetics. The room service is very friendly and prompt in addressing our service requests. Overall had a good experience while staying at the property. Highly recommended if looking for properties around this locality.

New modern hotel with great room and service. The only thing bad about this hotel is food. I stayed for 3 days and the breakfast menu was same all three days with food taste declining every day. At dinner, i saw the restaurant manager drinking from bottle of water with which they serve customers by putting it directly on his mouth and drinking. In today's day and age, they have a no outside food allowed policy while their own in-house restaurant serves the same food everyday and doesn't have many options. And several options aren't always available either. Overall, rooms are great with great service but food and restaurant needs an overhaul.

The service is not up to the mark. Hotel has not provided me the gst tax invoice despite repeated requests. They didn't provide it at the time of check out as their printer was not working. They had promised to mail me the invoice but has failed to hon-our it yet. Even the breakfast was not good. The poha was cold. A loo pratha was bad too. The coffee was good though. The room was clean and had all the amenities. Staff were polite.

My room booking was with breakfast included but they charge for dhosa in breakfast timing also they have no proper option of breakfast. Also bedsheets are not proper clean.
