Staff was really helpful and Polite. Room was clean and very well maintained. It is located in center of the city.

The hotel is very good in terms of hygiene ,hospitality & The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The room was spacious and well-equipped,

feels like home at igloos, good hospitality. Located beside of the road which makes easy to navigate towards hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at .The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.

Its not for families to stay, lift is messy and smelly. My room was not cleaned after the previous customer left, The room was also smelly like cigarette smoke. The wash room was still with some wrappers inside. we requested for room freshener they responded but that did not help you anyway as its some soap water. Bedsheets are not washed, they are the same from previous use
