Review Of Hotel Imperial Corner

I booked a deluxe room and was given the mist shabiest room, room number 303 with spits on the wall, broken lcd tv. I have taken multiple photos. Reception guy was asking me to pay extra to get a better room. I called your head office and after 3 hours of argument the reception guy changed my room to a better one with no extra cost. It was the most disgusting and horrible experience in my life ever. Let me know if you want the pictures of the room i was initially given, which did not match with the pictures at all when i booked it. One of the security guard even said we don't have any deluxe room, this guy was very rude.

Very very very bad

Rooms were not that we saw. Rooms were very smellyrooms were pathetic. This was my horrible stay in my history.

Nothing is good about the stay. Room amenities are not good as shown at the time of booking.
