The room doesn't have any window open and doesn't have any exhaust fan. The it creates very vacuum. No proper cleaning and maintenance done for the room.

it's not value of money as I paid 10k for small room which has no window and dark room. no basic toleitery provided. it's in the small street which is dirty and smelly. After w tiring the lane itself you don't feel like going inside. I heard my neighbor room complaining bad bugs. no parking available
