Review Of Hotel Imperial Regency

Very bad experience .the stay was terrible,the room was very dusty and not maintained well,not provided drinking water bottle and dental kit. We wont be able to sleepwell,very sufficating .

We stayed as a family with elders and a toddler for 2 nights. The Rooms were clean, staff were welcoming and attentive. Managers Mr.Shankar and Mr.Murali were kind and accomodative throughout our stay. In short, Hotel Imperial regency is a budget comfort in a prime location. I recommend it to anyone who wishes to have a nice stay without burning their pocket.

Heater provision for boiling drinking water is not there! A simple kettle could be arranged! Value for money for an overnight stay. Improve the availability of hot water and hot water kettle would help. Overall Good.

The location of the hotel is good but facilities available are not not upto the mark and felt average.Food was not available there.

The room was not clean. There were no options for having food as they don't have a restaurant and even they don't have facilities for having a coffee. when we ordered coffee they bought from a small shop and served. Service from the staff was terrible. Not even a single positive thing to describe.

My friend refered the Hotel imperial regency, hotel reception person was kind person.. But after one day stayed also cleaning not done.. It's worst experience.. Ac also nit working properly

It was ok but Not worth for this Price.Door lock was Broken,Ac not that much cooling.. Bathroom smell..no Dental kit provided..

it's my first time experience with make my trip and I feel comfortable with the booking process. the hotel room was spacious , good hospitality from the staff of hotel imperial residency. satisfied with their parking facility, good customer care service. but one negative is the little water leakage from air conditioner . overall happy rating is 3.5/ 5

location near to rly station and bus stand. doesn't have restaurant.hence one has to book food from outside

The bed was infested with insects, making it impossible to sleep. The bathroom was old and filthy, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, the hotel staff charged an additional ₹700 without providing a bill, which is completely unacceptable. Their customer service is non-existent—calls for assistance were ignored, and they showed no responsibility for their actions. This place is fraudulent and untrustworthy. Room tiles are damaged and they covered by mat and they allotted very poor room to us and drinking water
