Rooms were not maintained washroom tabs were broken

Good hotel in great location. Need to improve on room services and breakfast options. No buffet breakfast available there.

Room good. Location 5 min. Walk from bus dropping. Value for money. We stay 2 nights. Room service good. Staff good. Rates reasonable. Room little small to get around. Otherwise value for money. We get breakfast, lunch, dinner at the hotel. Anyone can go to this hotel without any questions. Bathroom is nice and clean. Markets are nearby like waterfall, nearby Mandi famous for the place.

Initially they provide room below ground at (Ground-2). There is no sunlight no air. Packed room. I shocked after looking the condition of room. I cannot accept how someone stay in this room. I argue with hotel staff for change the room but they was not agree. I complained regarding this to makemytrip. Thanks to makemytrip, they arrange alternate room in this hotel. I am very upset regarding such a cheating from hotel. The location of hotel is very good near main market.

Hotel is in good location, around 100 m form the main market. But, the room they are giving us as semi-deluxe was so awful, i don't know how can you adjust in a small room or packed room & there is no proper light, I think we are in cave. Room was not clean, even they didn't change the bed-sheet, towel etc and all (even i told him one day earlier & 2 hrs earlier also, that I need a proper clean room before check-in and they were saying "don't worry for that sir, we will always provide good hospitality to our customer "). Now tell me where is your good hospitality. Room service & food quality, don't know how it is! We ordered nothing form this hotel. I think you have to look your beside hotel Tibet, in which you can see the standard room they are giving to the people in valuable money, which are far better than your semi-deluxe room ( inl- room space & cleanliness, which everybody wants) .

Location is excellent. We were not able to check in early which is fine. We asked for water, towel which came within 5 minutes of the call. Room was not that spacious and the matess provided for the third guest was also very thin. Good for 2 people.

Located on the main market square, it's a good location with access to all markets, restaurants and transport. It appeared to be an old property with wooden strips as interiors, room was small and lighting dull. Bathroom was clean. It has restaurant and room service too.

We like this hotel very much as per its location and as per money wise also .. It is near to the main square ... So it is very easy to visit nearby places .. This hotel is in main market so very easy to move in.

It was good stay .. Only problem was no. Proper lights ... There were only bulbs. Rest stay was comfortable. Food served was good. Location is easily approachable ver close approximity to mcleod bus stand.

Best economical hotel in McLeodganj. Near to the Mall Road main crossing and everything is easily accessible from this place. Good view from the room I was in. Good facilities and rooms service. The place is clean. All that you can expect from a budget hotel and more.

Very bad experience because we booked room with make my trip why they treat us very badly. We have early check-in the hotel but the hotel staff told to us there is no early check-in in the room (no room vacant). If you used wash room or other thing you have to pay. Beside this so many room vacant that time in the hotel in same category which I booked. Very bad experience.

The hotel is on the Bhagsunath road. The rooms give a very basic look but have all the essentials like TV, dressing table, table & chairs, fridge, attached washroom with working geyser, etc. The staff is really very courteous & even helped us in modifying in our itinerary. The only con is no designated parking for the hotel. The vehicle has to be parked at the main parking near the bus stand chargeable at 100 for every 6 hours.

Hotel India House is located in a perfect place in Mcleodganj. Close to many restaurants and cafes, and very safe to walk a night. The staff was amazing and kind and helpful. They also have a shop right next to it where you can find everything you might need in low prices.

Very supportive staff and excellent location of the hotel. You can roam in and around McLeodganj by walk itself. Bhagsu waterfall and Bhagsu Nag temple is only around 1 km from the hotel. Plan to visit Agrahanjar temple which is in Khanyari road and do not forget to spend the time in the backyards of temple where there is a natural waterfall, so serene.
