Review Of Hotel Indian Imperial

The stay was wonderful. They provide parking for a few cars in a small lot opposite the hotel. Location is a big advantage. It is in the heart of the city. Restaurants are nearby. The hotel is recently renovated. So everything is fresh.

Acvommodation near busstand and railway station. Beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodation. No complaints. staff is well mannered and disciplined. Anytime available for help, if at all required. Service for food from outside also well taken care of. Services andhelp from Security and reception need special mention for their outstanding dedication. 🌹

Had a very pleasant stay here. very good room, spacious and clean. very supportive staff and prime location. I am very happy. Thanks a lot to Swami malai Murugan.

lack of staffs, no house keeping, broken shower, no toiletries, even after several requests to management no immediate actions taken to resolve issues

Location is ok but AC stopped.working post midnight and hot water was not available in the morning

Location center city but parking worst services not good only one person on there every need was get after 30min

Everything was good in the hotel I wld rate it minimum 4 star. But has shown me 3 member room as 4 adults family room. So I have to pay extra for upgrading my room .

Room was clean and tidy. but Cable was not working, the lift was foul smelly. The hotel was not worth the money.

For booking they are not respecting customers. They are treating like they providing a free service. Reception staff doesn't give respect. Very disappointed.

Nice stay and sleep well all my family in this hotel and people are handling very comfortable and water feslity is good and restaurant in ground floor further adding vegetarian means for vegetarian lovers keep it good

They provided a free room upgrade. Courteous staff and good location. Near to temples at walkable distance.

Pros located in city center. Clean rooms. Prices cheaper that other hotels cons no lift. No toileteries or tea in room. Provided after asking. Poor noise insulation. Reception telephone, people talking in corridor and bathroom flushing in other rooms heard loudly. This disturbs sleep. Parking not available in front of hotel. Very small room.

Regular maintenance is needed, lift not operational and room no 200 washroom bad smell and no option for normal water in shower. Too hot water in shower and next day room changed by hotel management.

Very poor and very very bad experience lot of hotel issue

The property was good and neatly maintained. Mainly restrooms where cleanly maintained food in the restaurant was hygenic, tasty and well served. The staff in both restaurant and hotel was very kind and supportive. Please maintain this.
