Clean rooms, nice restaurant, polite staff

I stayed as a couple, it's a great location. Great Hotel. Great ambience, enjoyable, good food, good bar, all five stars.

The check in and check out was very poor, no proper room service was done. Pre booked rooms check in got delayed and they weren’t very cooperative. Food was really bad, the basic like idly and dosa was terrible.

It was nice experience with hotel indraprastha palakaad food was awesome, location near by city only, facilities were nice and awesome. I am very much satisfied.

The room is average and the service is not good. Breakfast is vegetarian it's ok but not convenient.And the washroom facility is like 1990.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotels location was perfect with everything within walking distance. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise, efficient service.

Food was very nice and hygienic. Spread was reasonable and sufficient for a breakfast. Location was in heart of the city which provides an easy access to all nearby places. Hotel was newly renovated with spacious rooms and clean amenities.

Hotel located in centre of city- well connected to all places of interest in Palakkad. Food is great in both veg and Non Veg restaurants. Enjoyed the huge ghee roast dosa in veg restaurant ; easily 2 person can share one dosa! Complementary Breakfast is good . Wish they have food warmers to keep it hot. A homely place; enjoyed our stay.

We had booked executive suit but it was like normal room. Hot water was only available in the mornings, in the evenings it was always cold water. Secondly, the locker was closed, by the previous user- I’d asked the admin to reset the password and give, which was also out of their control. The North Indian or Chinese food ordered were extremely oily. Morning complementary breakfast has no much option and as the time goes, it gets cold no reheating available so we opted out for complementary breakfast and had ordered and paid for our breakfast. Overall experience was terrible.

The facility is not maintained at all. Rooms were shabby. Ceilings have mold on them. Badly maintained.

Location was perfect. Close ro Bus stand n near to the Highway. As the hotel is a 3 star, it can be considered better than the rest as i have stayed at different 3 star hotels in Palakkad. Rooms are Good. food is ok . cant expect a huge spread at the rate provided. services are good.

room good . but some people behavior are not good. mosquito oil was missing. but over all good.early morning there was no breakfast (6.30a.m).
