There is nothing mentioned about the property's location or the food. However, my experience at the hotel was very bad. When I wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water. I called reception to report the issue, and the person there told me that the maintenance team would switch on the hot water. There is no separate geyser for each room; the hot water is centralized.
After 10 minutes, I went back to the shower, but there was still no hot water. I called reception again, and the same person answered, saying the maintenance team would fix it soon and I could try again in 5 minutes. I was already late for my meeting and couldn’t shower with cold water, especially since I wasn’t feeling well. So, I waited half-wet for another 5 minutes and went to shower again. Believe it or not, there was still no hot water. Then I called the same reception guy and shouted at him. I couldn’t wait any longer, so I had a cold shower despite feeling unwell.
After I showered, one of the hotel staff came to my room with two maintenance workers, explaining there had been a power supply problem and they could offer hot water in a bucket.
I told them I had already showered because I was late for my meeting, but the person kept insisting they could bring hot water in a bucket. He didn’t understand that I had already showered.
Hot water is a basic requirement in a hotel and should be available at all times. Despite calling three times, they failed to provide hot water to my room.
