Please don’t take room in this hotel terrible room very bad rooms , very bad bathroom Very bad room Very bad washrooms I have photos for proofs

The room was veey poor in hygiene. Cockroaches were there. Unwashed bedspread.Check in was late. Was given non AC rooms instead of AC rooms we booked at first. Said that they will change the room once we come back. However we were called at 7pm to shift the luggage when we were out which caused so much of incon Check in was late.

Ac not working, also congested room. Bathroom also not cleaned, full of fungals in bathroom.

Old building and not good for family or couples,bathrooms with no ventilation..Not felt safe,Door lock broken

The rooms are not at all as shown in the picture, very limited amenities, broken washroom floor, broken lock, damped walls, very limited space in the room. Very disappointed.

The hotel stay was disappointing. The room lacked a proper lock, which made me feel unsafe throughout the night. Security should be a top priority, and this was a major letdown. On the plus side, the drawers were spacious and well-maintained, which helped with organizing my things. Unfortunately, that was one of the few positives. I wouldn't recommend staying here until they improve basic safety features.

Bathroom was not clean, old mat infant of bathroom. Hot water not available no ventilation for the room.

Good, safe stay

I clearly mentioned that number of person stayingwhile i book, but they still do extra charges. Lines are tron.

I m very disappointed with the way the receptionist treated me. They are treated rude for customers who are booked from the makemytrip app. I had enquired about the late checkout fee before booking and also i mentioned about the checkout time, they said it will be minimum and we can discuss once you reach the hotel. Initially they said it will be half the rate of 1 day room rent until i extend the checkout and i agreed to pay this. When i was leaving, they told you need to pay 1 day room rent as you booked from makemytrip.

I booked executive room but it was not a executive room bedsheet and pillow cover was old and torn tv was not working no proper ventilation

Difficult hotel location, for parking. Hotel, had no warm water, no clean towels. After follow ups i got one glass, to pour water.

Room full smoke smell

Very lovely and sweet staff. Did not bother us with anything. Affordable and trustworthy. Rooms were all comfortable.

Location is average, 5 min walk from main road. Food not available in hotel. I had asked any refrigerator is there or not, but not available. No amenities there except reception & room. Service is average. After check in wifi not working for 5 hours.

The experience is average, the room size is kind of small, other amenities are working like ac and lights, overall a good experience

The reception manager and staff were very rude giving non ac room after paying for ac room not doing house keeping also.

On my journey towards bengaluru i was searching for hotel near to sjmch. And when i search in mm t this hotel fulfilled all my requirements. So without wasting time i booked the hotel and confirmed instantly. Smoothly check in and check out. Hassle-free stays. If again the situation arrived i will definitely consider the hotel at top priority.

Not so supportive staff. They were always ignorant regarding basic needs in the room. Also were not aware of our booking in the hotel.
