Service was good, rooms were great, only if they could arrange the room before the users arrive and food was average, and if you are coming with kids we do not recommended this cause there is a bar in the restaurant

Hotel is-ha, kolhapur the good quality was that hotel was quite easy to find and close by rankala lake surrounded with family restaurants and hospitals and medicals. And bad quality was that isha hotel is placed right about bar and permit room so its not a good place to stay with family since during night there were drunk crowd. And also there was no proper parking place. Room was clean but the. Bedshita and pillows were not clean and it had stains all over also rooms were not as big as shown in images and tv was not working

Makemytrip shall never endorse such hotel which is not complying the minimum requirement. No bed for 3 though it is booked for 03 persons. No lift to the hotel. The manager harsh-ad asked 200 for extra bedding. How a bed of 5 by 6 can accommodate 03 persons. No towel and soap for occupants. Found big cockroach and lizards roaming inside. No water for customer. Giving a stern warning to makemytrip to suggest such places who are not fulfilling the customer basic requirements. Sorry to write after availing several good booking from makemytrip.

I booked the room for 24th to 25th december 2023, when i went to the hotel they said to me we don't have any tie-up with make my trip hence can't give you the room, for any issues call customer service team, terrible experience for my family to find another room even though i paid money in advance.
