I used to stay in hotel is-pat during my to tours in 2007 to 2010 because of their hospitality and food. I came here after 14 years feeling proud to say that still their hospitality and quality of food is best in asansol. Moreover the involvement of cm d mr mukherjee is really commendable. Meeting with mr himadri mukherjee was a lifetime experience. I recommend and wish is-pat international to grow further to achieve another milestone. Congratulations mr mukherjee for keeping your commitment towards highest level of hospitality.

A city with peace

It was my maiden journey to this city. The hotel, the atmosphere, the entire environment helped me in realizing this fact that it is the city of peace.
It was great to have the hospitality. Hopefully next time it would be much better. Especially the service was good.

Hotel room & services are very good. I like to stay here. Hotel staff nature and behave is very nice. Hotel food quality is good. Hotel location is good. Hotel facility for pickup and drop also provide taxi in late night or early morning. I leave in Asansol many hotel but this hotel is so good.

Room was excellent. Really the hotel was too good. The location was also quite good. Moreover the service we received was also fantastic. The staff of the hotel were very helping and caring.. Good value for money.

Location is very good and safe place - in-front of pi-lice line, food is average, high spicey, continental indian & chinese costly foods are available, traditional steamed india (specially bengaly) food & curry not available. Amenities is average good, hot water working geyser, 24 hrs lift, silent diesel generator, ac, tv, room cleaning available, refreshed towel, shampoo regularly updated services of reception counter is very good, 24 hrs. Good shift wise manager available & security counter are always ready to prompt comply.

The room size is too small. The room is opposite the housekeeping pantry there's too much noise. The food quality is good, and also the price of the food is genuine.
