There was no lift in hotel, which was not mentioned in details and it was not clean

stayed here for one day with family, good small clean rooms, good environment, good staff 💯 Recommend...

this hotel is not bandra east it's at starting of Dharavi. the crowd below the hotel is uncomfortable and not safe. the room doesn't have ventilation at all and it's too small then you'll get hit. the place is not good the staff also doesn't seem safe. i don't recommend this hotel at all it will give you trauma it's just too bad!!

Staffs are not good… misbehaving with us… totally bad experience i had…. Staff and manager Talking very badly with us and very rudely and manner less…. Misbehaving with laddies and kids … not suitable for family

The staffs are very humble and good. They are also very attentive. The place was exactly like the photo. Overall satisfied and will stay again for my next visit

It was good and comfortable, only negative parts were no hot water, and difficult to operate TV ! Other facilities were good. But we were really disappointed by the room size....it seemed big in photo! but was small !

The room is very small. No way to pass between the cupboard and the other side. Cleanliness is average. Close to Dharavi Metro Station but the surroundings are untidy. Paid per night, doesnt't deserve to be more than 1200/-.

location is at very good place. 7-8kms from Siddhivinayak temple and 15mins driving distance from Mumbai airport T1. Hotel staffs are very polite and helping. Talking about cleanliness, hotel / room were very clean and organized.

The property had rats. For the rate they were charging the property otherwise was okay, however the owners seemed to be aware of rats on the property.

Bathroom lock broken. The window screen lock is damaged so the screen is hanging.

Nice and cosy stay. The staff was well behaved. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good family style hotel in an average budget!
