Tv & ac not working properly. We booked high floor room but at the time of check in they allotted room on first floor which is too small and in which washroom also not attached. When we complain then hotel staff change my room and in another room tv not working than maintenance team repair the same. So bad experience. In kitchen half of menu items are not available. Very bad experience. Not recommended to stay there. Not happy

coupleThe hotel is nice. Courteous staff. Prompt service. Only drawback is that thy dont serve ro water. Packaged water is for sale at rs. 40 a bottle. Complimentary water was also not provided

If u order for some food it'll take minimum one hour. Also they never wanted to clean the room once u check in

Good experience
The staff was good but the hotel was located inside a gated colony. There were some dogs which created trouble at the night when I was coming back to the hotel but the staff came and help me.

Could possibly be one of the best hotels I have stayed in like ever
I am writing this review and I have not even checked out of the hotel yet. I write so that I don't forget to give these guys a rating. The hotel services and the staff are fantastic. Rooms are exactly as they look in the pictures and most importantly, I have never met a bunch of more friendly, and understanding staff in any hotel. If you really wanna know what customer service is on a budget, I'd book a stay here. Food is great. Rooms and washrooms are deceptively clean. Service turnaround time is unbelievable. I'd give them 5 stars if I had the choice. I am from Mumbai and the next time I come to Jaipur, I am staying here again. I have zero reservations about recommending these guys based on my stay.

Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff is very supportive and nice.

Clean, peaceful and fancy
Good cleanliness with quiet surrounding. Near to main road easily available transport. Interior is fancy and staff is excellent. But rooms are really small and washrooms are private but not attached to your room (doesn't apply for all rooms). Else was great.

Pocket friendly
Good for one day but the hotel is very far from the tourist spots. Also geyser was not working. Breakfast was so so. Tea served was not good.
