The room was clean, staff was cooperative and the location is also perfect. The best part was their food, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Would love to book it again.

Everything was good, but elevator service should be definitely available for a Hotel at this price, fortunately I didn't have a heavy luggage, but that would have become a problem.

The location is really convenient, not too far from the highway but still close to the center. Their private and secure parking is closed with a gate. It was very convenient to unload our car from all our luggage. However we didn't really enjoyed the breakfast as you have to go in another building and it wasn't to our taste not international. All the necessary amenities were here. We had a restful sleep.
You can hear a lot of noise from the street because of the poor quality window. However we really felt comfortable in this room. It is cozy.

The room was not properly cleaned and it seemed like it had been not open for ages the bathroom became a swimming pool as the water pipe had some issues

Room was not that good. Housekeeping staff needs training. Breakfast served in different building where you need come out of the hotel and climb up to 1st floor of other building to have your breakfast.

Overall nice budget hotel

Very polite staff. Clean room. Bad smell in room and toilet. Better to eat food in Hotel Simna International adjacent to it, which serves high quality food at high rate.
Staff was courteous. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Room lighting was good. Electric kettle worked well. For improvement, hotel should provide 2 towels for 2 occupants in 1 room instead of 1 towel per double bedroom. Toilet and room was clean but both had foul smell. Similar reviews were given by others about foul smell. Food was served in room and tasted delicious, although rates were high. It was source from other hotel. Better to go there directly and relish delicious food in well maintained restaurant. Overall good hotel except bad smell in room and toilet.
