They were very kind and warm towards my sister and i. I had a horrible experience at a different hotel a day before so it was nice to see that there are hotels that accommodate foreigners very nicely

Hotel staff was supportive. Food was average clean room high way touch hotel. And metro station is just 500 meter away from hotel

When i reached hotel they allotted me a room which was completely unhygienic and dirty. Bedsheets, pillow covers were dirty with stains. No towel and water bottle were provided with. Later after complaining they shifted me to a different room which was clean. Also room was provided with mineral water bottles and clean bedsheets and pillow covers.

1. Check in - ok 2. Room card key was not working for room allotted 241, it was manually operated. Then next room allotted 243 3. Tv is not working - person went for recharge and never came back 4. Wi-fi is not working 5. Landline phone is not working. 6. Chair is not available in the room. 7. No parking facility

First of all room was small and untidy as well. Electricity cut was happening repeatedly like anything. Informed at reception about cuts but no one show up. Worst experience ever was this stay in my life. Please teke actions regarding the same

I am a traveller while stop by at delhi i just needed a good nap after travel-ling from abroad and i arrived at 5am and just was there 7 hrs to get some sleep before travel-ling further but so much disturbance that you couldnt. Sleep i feel make my trip i am getting bad experience lately. Wouldnt not be using app further more for unknown property as review and stars look like forged rating

I am very disappointed by the staff of your hotel. They don't even know that the rooms are booked or not. They tried to open my rooms door by their second key. It's very annoying, and they are asking me if that is your room is booked or not. Otherwise, the room was good.

Poor stay..rooms and bedsheets and dirty. Even i found a uded cigarette 🚬 from my room. Too bad experience. Found hair's on the bedsheets Heater not working Wifi is not working sometimes Food toooo expensive 600 rupees for one veg fried rice .. Staff are not friendly .. Night noisy cant sleep properly..Spoiled my delhi trip

Location is ok but surrounding of this hotel is terrible. Rooms were stinky. Won't recommend this hotel for a decent family stay
