Review Of Hotel Jain Palace

I had a very bad experience today with a hotel booking made . I had booked Hotel Jain Palace for 1 room from 8th April to 9th April, and I paid a total . However, when I went to check in at 1 AM, I was shocked to find out that the hotel was currently under construction and not operational. Even though I had already paid the amount, the hotel representative did not answer my calls. From 1 AM onwards, I started looking for an alternate room, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find any available accommodation. I had to spend the entire night at the ST Bus Stand, which was extremely inconvenient and distressing. I honestly believe the worst for hotel bookings. In the morning, I had to book another room elsewhere and ended up paying an additional ₹2500. In total, I had to spend over ₹5000 for just a one-night stay, along with unnecessary stress and trouble. I request a full reimbursement of the amount paid for Hotel Jain Palace, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and additional expenses caused due to this mishap.

The services provided by the hotel are miserable, unprofessional. There was intermittent power cut and short circuitting in the property. We did not have lights and fan the whole night. In-spite of repeated requests the staff was unresponsive, non cooperative. The cleanliness in the room was not at par. Would not recommend stay at this property to anyone

Good stay but some facilities not as per cost that like bed, towels and other not proper clean. Safety good, location good, staff politely

Rooms are good but not value for money. You can get better rooms at much lower cost. Also room service needs a lot of improvement. There should be an option for payment at checkout for the food you order. They ask to pay the food bill every time you order and that feels a little bit inconvenient. Also hot water is not available 24 hrs. Overall it's pretty average and not value for money.

Service is very bad, lift off karke rakhate hai. Room me tovel ke lye 2-3 bar call karna pad-ta hai, 2 logo ke lye 4 bed wala room dete hai. Parking ke lye proper pace nah i hai. Mm t wale ko proper service nahi milati hai

Not so good experience with my stay at hotel jain palace. Rooms are unclean, even the toilets, the shower is not working properly, only steaming hot water from the shower, no dental kit, no proper breakfast. It's not worth paying for.

The rooms were average, sheets were not cleaned and torn, the bathroom was mediocre and overall hygiene was not good. Rating it 3 just because the staff was good and the food taste was decent. They helped with the commute arrangements and took care of the baggage.

Badly maintained and in the evening hotel owner and probably his friends/family/relatives started parting

The property location is good. But the following should be improved by the management; p1. Cleanliness - rooms n toilets need to be cleaned. Bedsheets and towels should be properly washed. 2. Toilets should have a water facility for bathing. 3. No tea / coffee facility within rooms or through in-room service available. Their restaurant doesn't open until 9. 30 am. Staff is good but they are helpless.

Excellent staff/hygenic hotel/nice food

Hygiene is not upto the standards. Not worth the money 7000- per night is much high than star hotels in mumbai. It is a lodge not a hotel. Overnight stay is ok. They have nice property but no maintenance

It was worst service from hotel, no temperatures check, no sanitization, staff not wearing mask. No breakfast given, breakfast was not there.

The room was not ready despite advance booking. Cleanliness not up to the mark. Wont recommend.

Room are good and room service available. By room charges high, no budget problem so you stay there.

Hotel location is good, the room was spacious but there were many mosquitoes in the room and bathroom.

Some one need to give them some training about guest relations and hygiene. Staff with dirty cloths. Very good property but very badly maintained and they are out to rob the costumers

The only decent Hotel in Yeola. Stayed here for the second time. Good rooms and large bathrooms with hot water always. Decent food and room service. Tariff is also not high for ac rooms. I got a better deal at the Hotel so booked for the next day directly at the reception. Make my trip didn't show me ac rooms so I had to book a non ac room which I changed to a ac at the Hotel.
