“the staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. The food at dag-la the rooftop restaurant was absolutely delicious! the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I can’t wait to come back!”.

It is a nice place, nice hotel to live in. In this hotel, there is one garden, it is beautiful. And this location near water palace and many other famous place, so you can go out to visit them any time you want.

Room, location and facilities all were OK The location was just near my required area. Its in a lane so you have to take a turn from the main road. There is very small sign board so you have to pay attention. Services provided by them are nice

My stay was good at this hotel. The destination of the hotel was good. The location of the hotel was very good and located near to the city. Hotel was very clean & comfortable for stay. It is a traditional hotel and his service staff was very good and supporting.

Location is superb. Services also good. Ultimate and tasty food. Nice experience with this hotel. Clean room and washroom. Outer view is awesome. Restaurant service is good. Cooperative staff member. Nice stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel near jail Mahala. There is good Parking space ... But staff of the hotel is not good ... Brekfasr is not included in room tariff so they charge a lot for brekfast ... And room are little bit of less space.

We have stated for 3 days, the hotel rooms are nice, neat and clean. The most good thing was the staff and their service. I would suggest you to book this hotel as Amer Fort, City Palace is near to the hotel.

Hotel location is out side of city and no any market near of hotel. Hotel service is totally poor and hotel staff are not in hotel at vacation time. And all are foods heavy expensive. Lunch and dinner facilities are not available.

Best location and best environment for family staying. This hotel has a green garden for playing & enjoying evening tea. Enjoying moonlight at night near the nature. I suggest all of my friends to take the hospitality of this hotel if they visit Jaipur.

Just OK The rooms were not that great. Since we did not pay much for the property so we cannot expect to get anything better than we got. Please do not go for it if you are paying above 1200/day. We went for a day trip so it did not bother us much.

Hotel was OK. Parking is huge and near to every tourist spot ... Rooms are OK. Bathroom was not clean. Ambience was good ... Food was OK including tea is nice. If you are searching for budget hotel heritage is OK but little noisy and that is problem. Overall OK

Location Tractability Issues. Different hotel location on Google Map causing difficulties with Service Cabs. The Hotel in general is good in cleanliness, services and landscaping. The rates are reasonable but found escalated on MMT. Needs to be re verified.

Nice but quite tough to find there was not a proper indication to take you at your destination and overall everything was fine nicely behaved by the staff, arrange your dinner by your own, rooms are very clean

The name is very big of this hotel but the else are not so far. Location was very nice ... Room was also spacious and clean ... Good room for 2 adults & 2 children ... But it was not proper fancily room like we had in Bikaner and Jaipur. The food was very nice but service and staff behaviour was not satisfactory

Good place near famous places to visit in Jaipur. Good service, feels comfort and with luxury feeling. Cleanliness was decent not super clean. Staff was helpful and comes for aid for any issue raised.

Me and my husband stayed there for two nights. The stuff is very helpful and friendly, but no kitchen and no oven to heat up food. (Food comes from outside) We travelled back on Sunday morning early and had to pay for the breakfast because it was before 8! The room was small and also the bathroom - but clean! For a one or two night trip it is okay, but for a longer stay I would not choose this hotel again. From the hotel you have to take an taxi or auto to reach the city.
