Good affordable place to stay, home-made food in restaurant, very much clean, staff behavior is very polite and friendly. All tourist location is in walk-able distance.

100 yards from the nearest approach by car but some drivers did get to the door. Very friendly staff, good fresh food from scrubbed kitchen, cheap eats. Waiter went out of his way to get us a beer when they had run out.

The location is too goodLocation is perfect. People are helpful. Fort and local site are near at walking distance from the hotel I would recommend this hotel as the price is also justified .

Except suit room all rooms are very small .. But rooms are clean. Bathroom is very good. Rooftop restaurant is nice. Food is good and low cost. Very near to sonar kella. Stuffs are well behaved. Overall good hotel

Hotel causal palace is a good comfortable hotel, it was a great experience with hotel causal palace. The services provided by them is very good. The Staff members are very polite and Kendal. Location and rooms also very good.

I stayed at Jaisal Palace for a family vacation with my kids. The staff here is great at what they do, loved their services. They even took great care of our driver. The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay here at Jaisal Palace.

Hotel room very nice, AC facility is fantastic in my room. Room cleaning and service. I realise value of my money. Because my money is not baste... I do full enjoy in my room without any problem. Thanks to hotel staff.

Excellent service and staff at the hotel. The rooftop restaurant was also amazing with the view of the fort. The hotel is at walk able distance from the fort at Jaisalmer. The rooms are also pretty neat and tidy.

Location is good. Staff also friendly and good. Service is ok. Room size although small but not bad. Food is also cheap and best. Recommended to all. Free wifi service. Fort was seen from the hotel. Rooftop restaurant was good. Stayed in this hotel on 25/10/15.

It is a budget hotel with excellent service. The rooms are clean ,well decorated and provided with all the essential amenities. The hotel is well located with most of the tourist destinations and the local market selling ethnic wares/clothing situated nearby. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The roof-top restaurant provided excellent Indian food at reasonable price. The restaurant staff took the trouble of preparing less-spicy meals for us according to our requirement on all occasions. In all the hotel offers a great value for money.
