I've been staying at this property since 2022 whenever I visit Bhopal. However, this time my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was not very clean, dust and water were coming out of the AC, with a weird sound, and in the bathroom both the shower and the tap were running simultaneously. Even when I wanted to fill the bucket and take a bath, I had no option to turn off the shower as the mechanism was not functional.
This was my 7th stay at the property, and I had never faced any issues before. Unfortunately, this time the management was very rude. I encountered who posed as the General Manager, and his behavior was unacceptable. I truly miss the times when Ms. Richa was in charge she always handled everything gracefully.
I had rated this hotel 5 stars in 2022, but I have now deleted that review to post this one. I will certainly not be staying at this property again.
