Rooms are ok good not bad. Size of rooms are good . Very good behavior of all staff, but compared rate as charged very high

Over-all stay was good.. excellent service. I missed my earpods in the room and left to airport, but they genuinely informed me. and I received it. 👏

The manager and the staff are useless. Asked for the water bottle but they said they won’t give you before 10am told them to clean the room they didn’t do that and were giving lame excuses manager is pathetic servies are oor rooms were not according to the price food was bad glad we didn’t opted for breakfast

The hotel is located very close to the railway station. It caters good food and we'll appointed rooms. They have very polite staff and good service.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. I arrived around 7 PM, only to find that there was no hot water available. Despite calling the front desk three times and speaking to them in person twice, it took them a long time to send someone to fix the issue. Unfortunately, even after 45 minutes of effort, the problem remained unresolved. I eventually had no choice but to take a cold shower in cold weather, which was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel’s overall standards do not match international expectations. The only positive aspect is its convenient location within walking distance of Varanasi Junction Railway Station. However, the lack of basic amenities and poor service make it difficult to recommend this place.

The room was not cleaned. Have requested for cleaning the room but it was not satisfactory. Service was very poor. Getting a single thing, i had to call many times. In the evening, we waited for one hour to get a response from the hotel for mere snacks. Lastly i had to call the hotel owner. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel owner & manager are pretty rude & talk with attitude for basic queries. The card kept getting locked each time we stepped out of the hotel. The room had many mosquitoes as well. Even for extension they asked to book only offline. The staff disturbed late night (at midnight) for getting back food serving tray. No hand wash, fresh towels provided. Each time we had to ask for towels. Paying ~4k a night & the least expectations is to have the basics covered. This is not evening 1200 rupees worth. Even the dormitory for drivers was in pathetic condition. The parking spot is really difficult. & u need a professional driver to take out your car. Only plus : food was good in taste. Will give credit to the chef for this. But will not recommend a stay here as people are just there for looting money.

nice n comfy stay. helpfull desk manager, food served by restaurant is ok, house keeping is good 4 on 5 scale.

It was a terrible experience with the hotel. They are not supporting at all. Even, when i requested a milk pauche but they told us we only give one time. Can you imagine, just a 1-2 rupees milk sashe they can't give again.

Each and everything is ok, we checked out at 5 am in 16 november 2024, since our booking is under complementary plan but we didn't get the breakfast. This is a little bit upset situation for us. Rest all is good

Pathetic hotel, try and avoid it if you look for heigiene. Worst cleaning of washroom and no services.

Hotel location is near to cantt rely station. Rooms are not that great as many electrical applianc s are loosely fitted. Food is costly though painting work is going on in rooms, hence people allergic to dust avoid now.

It was a great relief to find this hotel after a pathetic day in another hotel. Janhvi hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff can become better trained and groomed. Bit far from the vishwanath temple or ganga river.

It was a comfortable stay. Nice behaviour of staff.
