Great experience with comfortable stay nice view from room and hygienic food, we stayed in massoorie but it was too crowded, then we decided to change our location and found this property and everything went excellent the place is peaceful and cold. I recommend to bring your winter clothes if you visit this place even during the summers.

What a beautiful and peaceful place to spend your vacations on hills. Location of this hotel is the main thing that can attract anyone. Food also comes under good category if not the best. The only thing that bothered us is the slow service and that too because of the distance between the kitchen and the room, as it is located far away from rooms, that too i hope will get sorted out soon as promised by the owner. Lastly staff is really helpful and hard working. I wish all of them success in life.

The resort was very nice, but it needs some changes. Secondly it was not worth 9000. Overpriced

The property location is fine but no proper arrangement of electricity in case of outage. We have got only 6-8 hr electricity in rainy weather at 3 degree severe cold temp. Geaser, heater all stopped working without electricity. Food taste was good. But services not upto mark need to be improved.

Location is good, food is average, hygiene part is not satisfactory, property is good to stay but need to work on service part. Room service is really slow.

No tv. No water. No food like non veg. Clothes are not washed. We have already left hotel without breakfast
