Peaceful stay at such amazing prices. I required less spicy food and the food was made accordingly. All my needs were taken care of. Loved my stay here.

1. Direction to Hotel is not marked at ground level. So it takes time to reach hotel reception. 2. ⁠AC is not working. 3. ⁠Reception is not always manned. 4. ⁠Speed regulator of fan is not working properly. 5. ⁠Behaviour of people is ok. 6. ⁠paint on wall of the room offered first was not in good condition. So I had to request for another room which was done immediately. 7. ⁠overall stay was average.

It is not suitable for those who came to kolkata for holiday etc as this hotel is totally out of town area. It takes more that 1 hour to reach howrah station. Time waste.

No proper service, smell in the room. Quilt is not provided, upon asking 3rd class ac blankets are given. Wifi is not working properly. Toiletries were missing. Nobody at reception most of the time. Overall a bad experience.

Rude people, there was no one at reception for half an hour. Receptionist was very rude. There was no water supply. Wi-fi was not working. Tv was not working.
