very old, poor maintenance not comfortable. Doors are old. damaged and making noises. Air conditioner is also old.

You made false bookings and gave me false details of my stay. Had a terrible time for searching another hotel at 1.15 am

In delhi one cannot imagine a hotel not having a split ac or a warmer. Delhi winter is known for it's biting cold. If the hotel room cannot give you warmth, where would one go? jenifer inn did not have a warmer or a split ac. It wasn't a good experience this time.

Good hospitality keep up the good work

It was good. Location was nice Nd Hotel was clean.

But need to improve cleaning and food also blanket.
Everything was OK but the blanket was dirty.

Staff was courteous and helpful.

Stay was not comfortable and very worse.
Worst stay and hotel staff always behaved in an unprofessional way.

I had to manage other hotel. They can allow bookings for delhi id but later can deny for the same.

The whole staff were unprofessional. It was running like a local Dhaba. Very poor hygiene and cleanness.

Hotel don't have their own parking, they park in the street, food was good, suffocated room with sealed windows.

Stayed one night. Okay for a single person stay and the location is so interior you cannot get OLA or Uber.

Everything was poor, room service, check-in process, cleanliness.

Not providing proper bill for food we ordered.

The location was feasible to many important places in Delhi. Food was of good quality. Service is appreciable.

Nice hotel to stay and budget in normally.. Hotel staff nature is very politeness and co-operative.. When I'm going Delhi I will stay this hotel... My group is satisfied to hotel amenities and service staff...

The hotel is not well maintained and they give a namesake breakfast which has only one puri bhaji. Only location was good. The building is small they have old AC's and only 12 rooms in the hotel in total.

Good rooms, good service.. Rooms are decent enough to stay.. And then the staff is very polite. Good is decent.. I have been staying here for sometime and its a really good experience. I would rate it 3. 5 out of 5 :)
