Review Of Hotel Jewel Palace

I made 100 percent advance payment . They didn’t allow us checkin in the property saying we will only allow if you show us documentary proof of being married couple which was not mentioned in guidelines, o asked them that we can show you the marriage picture . But how can we provide you with certificate right now . No where it was mentioned that being married you have to carry the documentary proofs too. Either they should have clearly mentioned documentary proof despite of showing them our wedding picture they didn’t allow us my trust from MMT has gone completely. The company agent said we can’t help it . Not even partially advance was return we even asked then to give us check in somewhere else but nothing happened . Worst decision of trusting make my trip ! Never make adavance booking through it.

Location is great if you want to stay in Karol Bagh, rooms are decent but showers could be better. Staff are very nice but breakfast and breakfast room could be much better

Firstly, placement of the hotel is worst, no place to stand also, removing luggage from car that two minute stoppage create huge jam. And get ugly abusing from general public. Secondly rooms are very old, out dated system. Toilets are old and in short it is slightly better than a lodge. Not suitable for family at all finally prices are exorbitant, charging almost 3 star prices and offering minus 3 star facility

Stay with good amneties and close to shopping area. Though the room was small. Good for business traveller or shopping ppl

the hotel's service was overall good. the staff from reception, restaurant were courteous and extended all required services. food was excellent. i had late dinner , on the day of my arrival and breakfast on all days of my stay period there. the washroom where i stayed require improvement. thank you makemytrip and jewelplace officials. 👍🙏💐

Very old rooms, very old broken ac, broken washrooms, not at all recommended. Water bottle is only of 200 ml,

The hotel was very dirty unhygienic whatever its in their pic

Rooms are not like as shown in photos only few rooms are average. Furniture is old and bath tubs are not clean

It is worst. Bed sheets were very dirty. Rooms were like a cage. Never recommend to anyone.

I tried to book our company guest house but couldn't find vacant, that's why in the last moment had to book this hotel as it has been on our company panel (bel. Stay has been good, but rooms are too congested.

Stay is good. Staff is very good. Food is average very limited items in breakfast. Location is good but getting taxi is horrible. You will not get the taxi due to huge traffic and one-way.

The location of the hotel is good. Walkable distance from Karol Bagh. Rooms are spacious, room service is good. I stayed in this hotel 3 times and never I had any complaint.

The Hotel needs remodelling as the electrical fixtures specially plugs are loose. The toilets are outdated ones. Furniture and furnishings to be given facelift

Rooms are good well maintained. House keeping is the best well kept. Bathroom amenities are good. I not happy with the water management done by the management. I these days of water scarcity each guest has to waste ATLEAST three buckets of water to get hot water. Management has to look into it on priority.
