This hotel is really good and placed in the center of mahabaleshwar market with reasonable rates. All staff members were a really good in service and very friendly. Room service is also very good. Madam who leads in dance and karoke was also really good. Food service is also really good. I will recommend to stay in this hotel with your family.

Just checked out of the hotel after a fabulous stay for 3 nights. We had made the booking via mmt, which was hassle-free and included breakfast. The staff was so warm and welcoming, that in itself would bring me back to this hotel in the future. Notable mention of suryakant and santoshi, who were a pleasure to interact with and were friendly and helpful for the smallest of things. The rooms, as can be seen in the pics, are spacious. We were 3 adults in one room and were provided a large room with a single sofa cum bed and large double bed. The biggest plus of this place is the 24h availability of hot water, which is not the case in a lot of hotels in mahabaleshwar (yuss is especially important in winters. The bathroom was clean and functioning. Basic toiletries were provided. The room had a mini fridge, cabinet with clothes hangers, coffee table, kettle and water jug, and tea bags/milk powder/coffee sachets. The staff accommodated our request for extra blankets, a chair, and extra tea bags, coffee sachets and milk powder. Room cleaning service was effective. The hotel has karaoke every evening for those who are interested. The pool is small but clean, but obviously we didn't use it since we were there in peak winter. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, just a 2 min walk from the main market road. The breakfast is basic but with enough rotating options (upma, idli, bread butter jam, medu vada, cornflakes, tea/coffee, sheera, etc. It's a great place to stay overall, and i definitely recommend it to visitors who want a clean, well-furnished, affordable hotel in a central location in mahabaleshwar.

Great stay, staff were very courteous and on time whenever we ask something. Mr harish ji managing the hotel was very helpful and we had a great time, they arranged a surprise new year party for us.

Hotel j's excellency is going to make me miss my stay in any other hotel. The staff there is very welcoming. Cleanliness is impeccable. Rooms are cozy and since it is not even a minute from the main the stay is even better. Just the right distance so that ite not too noisy or crowded. Would definitely visit again.

We had very pleasant stay at hotel js excellency. We visited in month of august. Hotel staff was also very co operative and friendly. Hotel rooms and lobbies were very clean. Morning breakfast was also good, small swimming pool was also their they arrange caraoke for guest every evening which was very entertaining. Our over all experience at hotel was very good.

We have stayed for 2 nights and 2 days at hotel, staff behaviour was superb and kind with helpful nature. They also arranged good sight seeing service. Food was affordable and of good quality. Will highly recommended for stay at hotel. Driver cum guide for local sight tour was excellent, he guided throughout the journey. Location is just few meters away from local market as well as bus stop.

One of the best hotels located right in the heart of Mahabaleshwar main market. Despite being in a busy lane, has ample parking for guest cars. Cozy rooms with adequate wifi connectivity, restaurant with wide variety of food, and the clean pool provide the perfect environment for a wonderful family vacation. But more than anything else, it is the warm hospitality of the management and staff that won our hearts. They offer right guidance to guests for sightseeing. The team led by Mr. Sanjay, consisting of Mr. Suryakant, Ms. Sheetal & Ms. Ashwini ensure the comfort of guests throughout the stay. A special thanks to Ms. Ashwini for organising such wonderful Karaoke & Disco events in the evenings, ensuring all guests are engaged in the fun. 😊 On my next visit to Mahabaleshwar, this will undoubtedly be our first choice for stay.
