Mahabaleshwar Mansoon Visit
location is very good as you can enjoy the main market and numbers of restorants nearby. Amenities, staff behavior and services were very good. The only problem was that the windows were temporarily closed due to rainy season.

Good Stay
Complementary food was good. Location is also good as it is in center of the city.all u need is nearby.provides swimming pool and other board games in resting area.

Good Stay
The room area was less and also after booking for a couple plus a child, there was only one room with a separate bed which was also very small hence we have to adjust in another room with a single bed. Swimming pool was only available on weekend but was shown as USP in MMT details which I believe is misleading. Restaurant area has limited seat with short staff hence we have to wait for breakfast and table availability. Karaoke setup was the best in the hotel. staff are very friendly and hard working. overall a good stay in the end for us.

Excellent Stay
The stay was very comfortable and very hygenic. Hot water was available for 24 hours. Overall staff was very polite and they took proper care even for the city rides.

Our recent stay at js excellency was good. The staff provided outstanding service throughout. We were particularly impressed by the thoughtfulness of the front office manager, the driver (dhilip, and the attentive service of ankit singh, vinay tiwari, and monu.

Terrible Stay
familyI stayed for one night in the hotel. Hot/warm water is not coming. Even after complaining multiple times no use. Foul small is coming in the room. Do not fall for the reviews. Service boys workers are asking cab drivers to give positive review. For me also one guy asked when luggage was just kept in the room.

Average stay. But won't recommend. No hand towels give
coupleLocation is good. Rooms are too small. Amenities are average. Service is good. A couple can stay in a room but can't with children. Won't recommend if u are used to staying in a good place. It's needs renovation. All in all u can stay here only if u are looking for something cheap

Location is amazing as all the attractions were quite near the hotel. Service is top notch, everybody were so polite and helpful. Food and amenities were nice as well.
