Hot is located perfectly. The view is great from the room and it is hardly 5 mints away from anna sagar lke. The staff was polite and helpful and the food was great even the restaurant is built nicely. The infrastructure of the hotel is definitely one plus point too. Overall very happy with the stay

The property is located in a very good neighbourhood. You can access a variety of shops and services from here. Safe area. The property is also well maintained with courteous staff. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served well. Bathroom was very spacious. All equipments in the room functioning as they should. Spacious rooms along with good air conditioning.

The most wonderful stay i ever had. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, we had veg and non-veg food and found this very good taste wise. All in all a good experience.

Hotel room are excellent with very neat bathrooms / beds, with reasonable rates, location of hotel is good. Very friendly staff and assisted my kids with extra matress.

Excellent location with clean room and good staff. Worth stay. You will never disappointed with the stay. Just one think hotel needed to improve, that is service at the time of breakfast, service is too slow. They don't take our order as per our requirement. We asked for tea first but they took pohva first. So hotel need to improve in this matter.

Staff was very good and polite too every possible safety measure was taken regarding covid being a doctor hygiene was my top most priority and thankfully the hygiene standards followed by staff were top level.I m impressed and would book the same hotel whenever I would again go to ajmer.

The rooms are very spacious. Everything is neat and tidy. All the things are sanitised before the guests are allotted their room. The hospitality is very warm. The queries are promptly catered to. I had the breakfast which was quite good. The hotel stay is worth the price you pay. Surely wont be disappointed. Highly recommend. Location is also on the main road with rickshaw stand. Atm. Reliance fresh right opposite. Had a very pleasant stay with my family.
The rooms are neat and clean. The staff at the reception also welcome their guests wearing a mask. Sanitiser is placed at the entrance of the hotel.

I recently stayed at jw cruise hotel and had an overall wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The dining options were fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. However, i did notice one issue with the elevator. It felt a bit cramped and had an unpleasant odor, which made it slightly uncomfortable to use. I hope this can be addressed soon for an even better experience. Despite this, i would still highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. The positives far outweighed this minor inconvenience, and i look forward to returning in the future.
