Booked for 3 days.Stay was pleasant. Location near Banaras station.better connectivity for auto and Toto. Hotel hospitality was good and as per price food quality and quantity was perfect. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable.

The room was clean and tidy. Hygiene measures were appreciable. Staff cooperative. The only drawback was parking space. I travel-led without any vehicle, but in future if one is accompanied with his personal car, the narrow access and lack of parking may pose a problem. Solo travel-ling or with family minus vehicle, the place is superb. Recommended.

It was a very good night's stay in this hotel's kb palace. The location was very good and it is near dlw and manduadih railway station. The behaviour of all the staff and members was very good also and especially miss. Nivedita pandey's behaviour was very good. Food and room service was also good.
