Hotel staff, manager all were very supportive and had a pleading personality. Would stay at kabir palace henceforth whenever visiting delhi.

I would even consider killing the hotel management for the way they behaved with us. We were denied room in this hotel and was sent to another place for a night. The next morning we were denied room again and was left over the road after yelling foul language at us. Never had such a disastrous experience in life

Irresponsible. I booked through make my trip and they cancel-led the booking without informing me and when i reach their they told us we are not responsible go and talk on customer care.
