It's a newly built hotel near iit, kanpur. Excellent service, neat & clean, spacious rooms. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Definitely recommend others.

This was my first stay at this hotel for a day. This is newly built property and one can feel the positive vibes as soon you enter the premises. Spacious and luxury rooms, restaurant with home like breakfast/dinner and wonderful service altogether makes this hotel a perfect choice for stay in kalyanpur, kanpur

Rooms are comfortable and new, location is a challange as it’s with in residential complex as well they have a long way to go to understand the basic needs of guest staying in hotel as this appears to be a side business for the proprietor

No professional staff many things rooms dysfunctional, such as, we had to shift due to strange smell in the rom that was initially allotted. New room given had toilet flush was not working. Intercom is also not working. We had to call the reception using mobile phone for ordering morning tea. Overall very disappointing experience for the hefty price we paid for this hotel. Perhaps we could have explored a better place.

Service delivery is pathetic. Food quality is average. They don't want to give ro water forcing for purchase mineral water
