    Rude staff, no facility, had to carry our own luggage, waiter refused to pick luggage. No hot water, tv not working, dirty bedsheets and blankets.

    Very dirty rooms, linen, bathroom with leaking tap, dirty linen, no hot water, no tv, no ac ( may not be required due to winter now, most arrogant staff, no towel, soap supply, no covers to pillow. Not at all worth for the money i paid
