Geyser was not working, bedsheet, pillow covers, cupboard were dirty, room was not clean with hairs all around the room

I booked room for 3 and they did provide us with extra mattress but the room was way too small for even 2. Hygiene and cleanliness were 0 there. Secondly, there was no hot water in such immense cold weather and they were not even fixing the issue and not picking up the call. I would never recommend anyone to book this hotel. Worst stay experience ever.
