Room was not made. Bed sheet & pillow covers were not neat. They didn’t provide bath towel until next day morning & that too after lot of request

when I visit a reception hotel staff told me plz wait 3 hour. how can it possible for me. toilet🚽 are bad condition. flush does not work. blanket smell very bad. totally I dissatisfied for the hotel.

Very bad behavior of manager and staffs. No service is provided by them. Even they denied to switch on ac which is controlled from reception. Never advised staying here. Even free stay here costly due to rude and unprofessional behavior of person available at reception claiming himself as manager.
