Hotel location is very good there is silent area cleaning was absolutely great and the food was also too good and hotel staff behavior was also too good they are treating me like a family member not a customer

The location is great. But there are zero amenities. No hot water like promised, no towel, no soap, no restaurant, no TV, no Wi-Fi, very dirty, food leftovers in front of the room was seen, no water.
