Review Of Hotel Kamala Sadana

Room was very terrible and staff behaviour is very rude. They had mention ned there is a TV, Free WIFI and many other amenities but nothing was provided when asked the staff they said that TV is not recharged and no wifi apart from ground floor. Also they don't accept early check-in and late check-out though there are no guests in the property. they charge 500 more to get the AC remote if not opted for AC room.

They overcharged me. Room cleaning not upto mark. Advantage is near temple premises. But okay with staff

The place is good, clean and new building. Staff are coordinating and helpful. Parking was planned well due to narrow road.

The quality of stay is compromised with a relatively expensive tariff. Parking is a nightmare. Ultra small lanes with feasibility of only one vehicle to pass through and if you get lucky you can find yourself a place to squeeze your four wheeler in. Food is not provided.

Had terrible experience because they had switched off the Ac and the water for bathing was very dirty When asked they were very rude

Bedsheets were dirty, we asked to replace it but replaced one was more dirty..lot of mosquitos in the room.. bathroom was not clean..

location was good. ckean rooms with all fixtures working. except our room 103 had the commode in an awkward position. But was clean. Hotel gave bottled water and soap and towel. they ned to seriously change check in check out timings. 11 am os very late people travel overnight.

Booked through make my trip app it showed very high price compared to offline booking .and the new building is not fully furnished

The stay was too bad with no proper facilities. Rooms was not up to mark of what was paid for. Restrooms were not tidy. One of room booked was not even cleaned after previous checkout. Rooms offered was different from what was assured and the care taker was not attending. Was provided with soap only. Only 1 water bottle of 500ml was provided per pac. No extra water bottle given. Late attandent. No proper parking facility at stay

It's good experience and we have not got time to explore rooms having hot water required hand wash in the room

I didn't spend that much time in the pace. But amenities was good, location was convenient for travel.

Hotel is clean well maintained but as claimed by makemytrip there is no tv, wifi doesn't work as signal is poor, cost is high for the facilities offered, construction still going on, price is very high charged by makemytrip

Very worst stay, cleanliness to be underrated, no response despite multiple complaints, Waste of money and time

We booked for two nights it was terrible stay, we tried to check out with in one day but denied to refund the balance stay poor hygiene found lot of red ant & insects, tv was not working, lift was not working, no water bottle provided, very compact room

Property is just 5min walk to main temple. It's good and clean. Staff was very cooperative. Rates are bit high but stay was good 👍
