Worst hotel experience

The staff was very rude not cooperative at all. Also they will ask you not to book from mm t as they will charge commission from us. And we also put request to mm t to cancel but hotel staff are not willing to cancel it and not answering their call aswell. Avoid staying in these hotel

All there rooms are same no differnce in suite and executive. They even charge for basic dental kit and water bottle which other hotel provide as complimentary. Very poor hospitality. And they provide table fans with no power back up.
