Not good at kanha palace, as family explaining, poor hygiene, and toilet draining system was failed.

Location was easy approachable. I liked the service provided and it was very good. Staff were courteous and friendly. The area was also good. Room was spacious. It was neat and clean. It was a budget stay. Overall everything was fine and good.

soloThe Hotel is located near railway line and Najibabad is the junction of trains so you can very well imagine the disturbance. The linens were also not clean at the time of check in although they have replaced when I complained. The service is also not upto the mark due shortage of manpower what I feel. The banquet hall of the Hotel is in between of the rooms. One can avoid stay during marriage seasons unless he is not part of that function. Overall an average stay.
